How it works
Book a date
Book your initial one hour call. We will chat about how you are currently using your photos, where they all are and how you want to use your photos. Then we will make a plan and select the cloud service for you.
Gather
Working together, we will first gather all your photos from various sources such as computers, phones, external hard drives, CDs, memory cards, and cloud services into one place.
Organize
Next, your photos will be sorted into a simple year/month folder system. You will be left with one organized library containing your lifetime of photos and videos.
Remove Duplicates
Using screen share technology, I will work on your computer to remove exact photo duplicates. This will give you a cleaner library and will free up gigabytes of space.
Backup
Your entire library will be properly backed up in multiple locations including an external hard drive and your preferred cloud service.
Peace of mind
We will have a wrap up call to review your library and learn the easy maintenance steps. Feel confident your photos are safe, with an easy system and enjoy being able to access, find and share your photos.

Every project is unique, but most are completed in 3-4 weeks. The length varies based on the number of photos in your collection, the speed of your computer, and your internet strength. I will work independently through the process, you will only need to be available one hour for the initial call and then again for the hour wrap up call.

You can start thinking of all the places you have digital photos stored, but there is nothing to do until we meet and discuss your project.

It is a private encrypted screen share that you have to authorize. You can always see what I am doing and you are able to pause and close it at any time. When the screen share is closed, I no longer have access to your computer.

Don’t worry, I’ve seen it all. Also when I am organizing, I am mostly interacting with your photos as thumbnails or files.
Need an annual photo check up?
Your photos need annual maintenance just like any other system. I’ll leave you with the steps - it’s easy I promise. But just in case you don’t want to deal with it, I’ll do that too.
I’ll download your current year’s worth of photos, add them to your backup, and make sure everything is running smoothly.
